All routines will have the opportunity to upload their music before the event day. The audio player will then use the schedule that was created prior to the event to create the playlist. Each routine uploaded in numerical order is then ready to play with a click of a button. This feature also includes the performance time, enabling you to keep your event running on schedule and making it even easier to track who has performed and what music has been played.

adjudication

Manage complex adjudication with ease.

A panel of judges will have access to our user-friendly judging system. With easy to click buttons, past division performance scores and simple design all on one screen, this system will allow them to submit a score for each routine quickly. No longer will they have to write all their comments out, all critiques from each judge will be submitted through audio and video. Due to this efficiency, they can move on to the next performing routine enabling you to have fewer adjudicators on staff.

Scoring

Instant score reporting.

We offer a unique application with the ability to have numeric or range based scoring options. As the judges submit their scores, the tabulator can see the scores in real time. The tabulation will divide out the awards for each routine, based on the numeric or range system that has been chosen. This application creates an electronic award sheet that can be used for announcing with ease.
